Who we are
The shop at shop.crossmotors.ge belongs to Cross Motors LLC (identification code 400317867). Legal address: 39g A. Tvalchrelidze St., Tbilisi.

This page explains in short what data we keep, why, for how long, and how you can delete it.
What we keep
When you order: name, phone, email (if you give one), delivery address, notes, the parts you order and the payment status.
In your profile: email, name, phone, your cars (make, model, generation, and optionally a nickname and VIN), addresses, company name and ID code, saved parts, and requests to tell you when a part is back in stock.
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your name, picture and email.
Technical: session cookies that keep you signed in, and a small cookie that tells the site you are signed in (it holds no personal data). Also the cart and “my car” cookies. Your light or dark mode choice stays only in your browser.
For security: each sign-in keeps your IP address and browser type. We count attempts by IP address and by a scrambled (hashed) email or order number. This keeps accounts safe and stops abuse. Sign-in data stays until the session expires (30 days after your last visit) or you sign out; the attempt counters stay for about an hour.
You enter card details on the payment page. We can’t see them and don’t store them.
Analytics (only with your consent): the pages you view, what you click, where you came from, your device and browser, country and city from your IP address, and a recording of the visit. Text you type and personal details (name, phone, address, profile, order) are masked in recordings.
What we use it for
To take, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you if something needs checking.
For your profile: so you can see your orders, order faster and find parts that fit your car.
We email you sign-in codes, order status updates, and back-in-stock notices if you asked for them.
We don’t send advertising emails, don’t use advertising cookies and never sell your data.
Analytics and your cookie choice
To improve the site we use an analytics service, PostHog. On your first visit we ask whether you agree.
If you agree, PostHog uses cookies, counts your visits and records the visit, so we can see where the site is hard to use.
If you decline, we use no cookies and make no recording: we only count the visit anonymously, without recognising you. Your browser only remembers the choice itself.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.
Who helps us process it
Vercel — website hosting.
Neon — the database.
Resend — sending emails.
The payment provider — online card payments.
Google and Facebook — only if you choose to sign in with them.
PostHog — website analytics (servers in the EU, Frankfurt).
These services run servers outside Georgia.
How long we keep it
Profile data: until you delete your profile.
Orders: we keep them for accounting and legal duties, even after the profile is deleted. Such an order is no longer connected to a profile.
Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.
Analytics data is kept in PostHog for at most one year, visit recordings for one month.
Older orders in your profile
When you sign in, orders made with the same email are added to your profile automatically. We only do this with a verified email.
You can add another order under “My orders”: enter the order number and the phone you gave with it. An order that already belongs to someone else’s profile can’t be added.
How to delete your data
Yourself: “My account” → “Password and sign-in” → “Delete account”.
Or write to sales@crossmotors.ge and we will delete the account for you.
Deleted: your profile, cars, addresses, saved parts and stock alerts, sessions and sign-in codes, and the link to your Google or Facebook sign-in.
Kept: your orders, for accounting. They are no longer connected to your profile.
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove our access in Facebook settings (“Apps and websites”).
Your rights and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data — write to sales@crossmotors.ge. You can change most profile details yourself.
Your data is protected by Georgia’s Law on Personal Data Protection. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service.
