Fit guarantee
If a part bought for the car chosen on the site does not fit, within 14 days of receiving it we exchange it for the right one or give you a full refund.
The guarantee covers the car (make, model, generation) the part is shown for on the site. Not sure? Before you buy, enter the VIN on the part page or call us: 595 101 802.
If a part turns out to have a factory defect, we also exchange it or refund you.
Returns within 14 days
You can return or exchange a part within 14 days of receiving it, even if you simply changed your mind.
Conditions
The part must not be painted, drilled or damaged. You may hold it against the car to check the fit.
Return the part in its packaging, with everything it came with.
Bring the receipt or the order number.
How to return
Call 595 101 802 or write to sales@crossmotors.ge with your order number.
Bring the part to the shop: 41 A. Tvalchrelidze St, Tbilisi, daily 10:00–19:00.
We refund you once the part is checked, the same way you paid.
